Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the Curio60 website and Curio60 Autopilot application.

1. Curio60 and Curio60 Autopilot

Curio60 is an autonomous media brand that publishes original short-form visual explainers. Curio60 Autopilot is the internal system used by authorized operators to support content preparation, YouTube publication, channel verification, and analytics.

2. Authorized use

Curio60 Autopilot is currently intended for authorized Curio60 operators. It is not currently offered as a public creator platform, self-service SaaS product, or service for unrelated third-party YouTube channels.

3. Google and YouTube authorization

Authorized operators are responsible for maintaining the security of their Google accounts and for connecting only accounts and YouTube channels they are permitted to manage. Curio60 Autopilot uses Google OAuth and does not require a Google password.

4. Acceptable use

The service must not be used to publish unlawful, infringing, deceptive, harmful, or otherwise prohibited content, or in any way that violates applicable law, YouTube’s Terms of Service, YouTube Community Guidelines, or Google API policies.

5. Content and intellectual property

Curio60 content, branding, site materials, and original media remain subject to applicable intellectual-property rights. Third-party trademarks, services, and materials remain the property of their respective owners.

6. Third-party services

Curio60 Autopilot integrates with Google and YouTube APIs and may rely on other infrastructure providers. Those third-party services are governed by their own terms, policies, quotas, and availability. We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, or service limitations imposed by third parties.

7. Availability and operational controls

The application may be changed, limited, suspended, or disabled for safety, security, platform-policy, maintenance, or operational reasons. Publishing may be subject to approval controls, kill switches, identity checks, and other safeguards.

8. Disclaimer

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted, error-free, or continuously available operation.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Curio60 and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar losses arising from use of the service or from third-party platform availability.

10. Privacy

Our handling of Google and YouTube information is described in the Privacy Policy. Curio60 Autopilot’s use of Google user data is intended to comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above will be revised when material changes are made.
